What our client wanted, was for us to achieve maximum power with the most credible materials that were available at the time, in order to have the best performance in the long term. The limitation that we were faced with, was the surface size where the installation was going to take place. We chose to place silicone based photovoltaic panels made from the Japanese company SANYO, as well as a three-phase converter made from the German company SMA. This combination turned out to produce power that rivaled that of a conventional photovoltaic system, with 10 Kw power and an annual output of 16500Kwh(!).
